Every order that leaves Daharki is prepared by the three of us. mas stands for mama, asim, and shafaq. We source the salt, craft the products, and handle every customer conversation ourselves. There is no intermediary between you and the people who made what you ordered.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation via our national delivery partners. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Is it safe to microwave the pillow?
Yes. Heat in 30 second bursts, up to 2 minutes total. Always check the warmth before placing on skin. Do not overheat. Do not use if the casing is wet or damaged.
Can I return or exchange?
We accept returns within 7 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Write to us and we will arrange everything. Exchanges are handled at no additional cost.
What is the difference between the colours?
The colour is the casing fabric only. The Himalayan salt fill and therapeutic properties are identical across all variants. Choose whichever suits you or whoever you are gifting it to.
I have a medical condition. Can I use this?
If you have a skin condition, diabetes, or reduced sensitivity to temperature, we recommend consulting a doctor before use. We advise beginning with short sessions and checking the temperature carefully before each application.

Every product is sourced from the Khewra salt range, crafted in small batches, carefully packaged, and dispatched through national delivery partners. The brand is small by design. We believe what is made with fewer hands reaches people differently.
