For arthritis pain, menstrual cramps, lower back tension, shoulder stiffness, muscle soreness, period discomfort, joint aches and cold winter nights. If any of these brought you here, you are in the right place.

Heat therapy. Microwave in 30 second bursts, up to 2 minutes total. Check the warmth before applying to skin. Do not overheat. Do not use if the casing is wet or damaged.

Cold therapy. Seal in a zip-lock bag and place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Remove the bag before use.

100% pure Himalayan pink salt crystals. 84 trace minerals including magnesium, calcium, and potassium. Soft cotton outer casing. No fillers, no synthetic materials, no fragrances.

Care. Spot clean only with a slightly damp cloth. Do not wash or submerge, moisture will damage the salt. Store in a cool, dry place. With proper care, your pillow will last for years.

Always test temperature on your wrist before use. Do not microwave without the fabric pouch. Do not use on broken skin.

How long does it stay warm?

Up to 30 minutes depending on how it is heated and the ambient temperature.

Each pillow is handstitched in Pakistan by our family in small batches. We do not mass produce.
